Soaring Consulting is managed by its principal consultant and owner Ed McCarthy. The knowledge, experience, and perspective of Mr. McCarthy provides the foundation for meeting the challenging needs and requirements of executives.
A proven leader in organizational management, operations, sales and business development, Mr. McCarthy brings more than 16 years of experience to Soaring Consulting. As CEO, Mr. McCarthy successfully lead NetFenz Consulting, a leading security risk and IT consulting services firm that was acquired by Fuzion Software July 2001. Mr. McCarthy took over the role as CEO of Fuzion Software, an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Corporate Compliance software and services company and orchestrated its acquisition to McAfee (Foundstone), August, 2004. Previously, Mr. McCarthy was the number one performing Director of Global Sales for three years straight at ODS Networks, a sales consultant for Cisco Systems and a Strategic Technologies Advisor to senior management at Fidelity Investments.
Mr. McCarthy holds a Masters in Business with Organizational Management concentration and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Colorado. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Strategy.
